LUCA STOPPINI BEGAN HIS WORK EXPERIENCE IN 1981, JOINING THE CREATIVE TEAM OF THE INTERNATIONAL PUBLISHING HOUSE EDIZIONI CONDÉ NAST. THE FIRST MAGAZINE HE IS DEALING WITH IS “VANITY”, A CULT MAGAZINE FROM THE 1980S DIRECTED BY ANNA PIAGGI, WHICH BOASTED AMONG ITS COLLABORATORS THE FAMOUS FASHION ILLUSTRATOR ANTONIO LOPEZ. IN 1991 HE WAS ASSIGNED THE ARTISTIC DIRECTION OF VOGUE ITALIA AND BEGAN TO COLLABORATE WITH THE MOST FAMOUS NAMES IN INTERNATIONAL FASHION PHOTOGRAPHY SUCH AS HELMUT NEWTON, STEVEN MEISEL, BRUCE WEBER, PETER LINDBERGH. A FEW YEARS LATER HE ALSO BECAME CREATIVE DIRECTOR OF “L’UOMO VOGUE” AND “CASA VOGUE” AND DURING HIS CAREER AT CONDÉ NAST WHICH CONTINUES UNTIL 2017, HE DEALS WITH VARIOUS EDITORIAL PROJECTS OF THE GROUP AND PERSONALLY CURATES VARIOUS EXHIBITIONS AND EVENTS SUCH AS “VOGUE ITALIA 30TH ANNIVERSARY“ AT THE TRIENNALE MUSEUM AND ”L’UOMO VOGUE 40TH ANNIVERSARY“ AT THE PALAZZO LITTA IN MILAN. LUCA STOPPINI HAS HELD COURSES AND MASTERS AT THE POLYTECHNIC OF MILAN - SCHOOL OF DESIGN AND THE DOMUS ACADEMY OF MILAN AND THE IUAV COURSE OF SCIENCES AND TECHNIQUES OF THE THEATER OF VENICE.
